This doctor is incompetent, he will use his power to figure out how to use up your OHIB credit rather than treat you, here is why: - He failed to remove a small piece entered my daughter's eye properly, and ended up pushing it deep before remove it and made the situation hared for the next doctor to fix his miss up - He kept complaining that my dughter is moving her eye to hide his incompetence, the other doctor was impressed with my daughter ability to keep her eye still to do his work - He said there is no way he can clean the leftovers around the small piece he extracted after complaining through out the whole process, we asked him if there is anything we can do to handle the leftover and he confirmed that there is nothing anyone can do, yet the other doctor was able to clean 95% of the leftovers. - He prescribed a discontinued prescription, he does not keep up with the prescriptions. and he prescribed a 50$ eye drop, the other doctor prescribed a 17$ eye drop. - He said that he will use the eye exam credit to treat my 5 years old, and the next day on a follow up he did an eye exam to consume her eye exam credit, so he lied on the first day when he claimed that the only way to charge is to use up here eye exam credit, he managed to charge twice on the first day and on the follow-up for an eye exam.
