        I have been contracted out by Onyx for a few jobs at a couple different sites they manage. The are excellent with prompt payment, they have a lot of respect for the trades and I have seen first hand how professional they are with their clients. Being in the Condo Industry within trades, I can say with certainty it is VERY difficult to keep all people happy, I have seen them navigate some tricky scenarios. Always a pleasure working with Angel, Eric and their entire team.

        Ouch, try calling to talk to someone and they never pick up the phone. Every voicemail says to not leave a message and email them. Ok, did that, and no one gets back to you via email either. Pretty rough service.
