Worst PM company out there. Horrible communication.

I thought I had finally freed myself of issues with Onyx as I moved out of one of their buildings in December 2022. However, April 6 they "accidentally" took another $2500 from my bank account. This was the third? or fourth? time they had taken an unauthorized large sum of money from my account. When they tried to take it this time, it bounced and I was charged an NSF fee which has STILL yet to be returned to me. When initially promised an e-transfer same-day, it then turned into "we will mail you a cheque" as they were "over their transfer limit"... I just followed up and was told by Angel she would send this to accounting.... WHY was this not sent to accounting when this was first brought forward? What an absolutely unorganized and unprofessional "business".

My company did some repair work for them. I had to nag them for 8 weeks and leave a negative review to finally get a cheque and then their cheque bounced. Now it's been 2 more week of promises to make payment with no payment. Best not to do business with this company.

FEB 17 UPDATE: After numerous emails and voicemail message left for Angel Reiner, I STILL dont have my refund of the incorrect withdrawal. Anyone considering a rental managed by Onyx should reconsider. ************* I moved out of a property managed by Onyx at the end of July. On Sep 2 they withdrew $450 from my bank account in error. I have been trying since then to get a refund and all they do is say they are looking into it. The phone number provided is not personalized to Onyx and when they ask you to hit 0 to speak with a receptionist it indicates the selection is invalid. Horrible service.
