We've been working with Dedicated Bookkeeping Solutions since January 2022. Deborah and her team took time to understand our business and worked with us to ensure that everything is kept up to date and returns are filed on time. The team is very responsive and helpful. They provide tools that make it easy to upload expenses and run my own reports and analysis. They also provide helpful advice on areas we should focus on to improve the company's performance. Deborah and her crew have been a pleasure to work with from the very start. I always feel as though I am in good hands with them and that I can defer to their expertise and knowledge when I need to do so. Deborah also gives sound advice, including discouraging me from potential business ventures/avenues that might not be in my best interest, or may be more work for me than they are worth (even though she would potentially make more money as my accountant if I followed those pathways). Hence, I feel like she has my back and isn't just supporting me out of self-interest or to just make money. She is a highly ethical accountant and bookkeeper who keeps me organized and compliant as a small businessperson with respect to all of the information I need to provide to the CRA. I also love that I give her all of my paperwork and she and her staff take care of the rest. I have great peace of mind knowing that Deborah is there supporting me. Thanks so much, Deborah.
