We just had an installation done today and it was a great experience. I am not at all tech savvy but everything was explained in a helpful and patient manner. The system seems great and we are really looking forward to running a more efficient office. Highly recommended!

Our Agency recently upgraded an aging phone system, spanning two physical sites, 20+ phone lines, and replacement of 40+ desktop and teleconferencing units. Everyone at Network Telecom was terrific - they provided excellent customer service and technical support at every step along with way. Shout out to Cathy, Jeff, Ryan, Siban and Shea (and all the other professionals at Network Telecom) for going above and beyond. Sales and office staff answered our calls and responded to emails promptly. Technicians onsite got the job done quickly, without issues.
