        THE WORST STAFF EVER!!!! I called to inquire about my car, when it can be released, and what the costs are since I live in a different city, and the dispatcher is SO MEAN they didn't answer any of my questions, and even she shut the phone while I was talking kindly with the dispatcher. I tried to reach a manager, but I couldn't, so if any of the managers or supervisors read this review, please reply to me.
