        Called for a quote and the guy I spoke to sounds like he hates his job.. when I said I would call back, he just hung up. Not a great indicator of customer service.

        From my cousins shop in New Dundee, to a friends in Kitchener which was a 15 minute drive. Nothing difficult about the tow, lied about price, charged me $352. I shouldve went with code yellow like a have before. These guys are the definition of con-artists. I hope nobody uses their service and they go out of business. Completely took advantage of me not being there. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Worst tow truck company out there! Service: Local hauling
