Kumon Math and Reading Centre of Kitchener - Country Hills

I went to Kumon yesterday as she had an appointment @7pm. I showed up a little early. The woman that was there was condescending and is not approachable. We walked in sqid hi. She was so concerned about a me wearing a mask. I told her I was here early and wanted to know how the program runs. I said to her I thought she was going to do a one on one. Her response was we do not tutors. . And then I saids to her thats why we are here because I wanted to know how the program runs. Shes very unpleasant. So we just walked out.

They did not answer my questions and their responses were if you are not committed dont do it when asked about prices and time commitment for children. I left and didnt get the information I needed. The lady I spoke with was very rude and condescending.

It is so strange that the staff or who so ever picks the call never shows an intent to provide information to the parent. We sent our child to Kumon in GTA, out there the staff were so friendly, willing to share information and most importantly encouraged to come forward for a personal discussion. I would never send my child to the country hills center.

My daughter has been doing Kumon Math for the past 5 years and many times she has requested to discontinue the course. However her instructor Pradnya has been encouraging and motivating her to continue and not give up. I am glad we listened, because today my daughter is able to be best in Math in grade 9, enabling her to solve very complex and challenging problems with ease. She has received so much appreciation from her teacher and classmates about her proficiency in Math concepts. She feels very confident today and understands that Kumon has helped her. Thanks to Kumon and our instructor Pradnya.
