City Wide Group

We recently had a basement flood and called City Wide Group based on a recommendation from a past customer. Jamie came out and was able to explain to us exactly why the flooding was happening and came up with a design plan to fix it. A new sump pump, weeping tile and waterproofing were installed, and Jamie was able to design the work so it would not affect our driveway and front porch or destroy finished areas of our basement. His team was able to fit us in immediately within the week. They did a great job, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend them. Overall I'm satisfied with the work that was done to waterproof my basement although there was no follow up customer service after the work was complete and i practically had to chase them down to provide invoicing.

I have been worried about our wall foundation crack and Richard Grieg came and provided me with advice on what to do. (We can fix it ourselves). I wasn't charge a cent, it was FREE estimate/advice! Richard was very friendly and professional. He explained to me what was happening and advice me what to buy to fix it. I am so thankful and relieved that we don't have to spend a lot of money to fix it. Thank you so much City Wide Group. I will definitely recommend you to everyone.
