I had no idea where to move in downtown, being a Waterloo resident. I needed to find a place that was under $500,000 in Toronto (which is very tough). I was introduced to Manny through a friend who leased a condo through him. Manny helped me get approved for a mortgage with his personal broker after my original approval fell through. He found me a condo that was within a walking distance from Union Station and within the entertainment area. I would recommend Manny to anyone who would like a seamless real estate transaction! It was a pleasure working with Manny. I stumbled upon his contact info when looking for a place to rent and conveyed my urgency of finding one.
