Adeel is by far the best real estate agent in the GTA area that I have come across. Being new to the country, he took it upon himself to make sure we understood the pros and cons of buying a house, understood our expectations, guided us, and provided recommendations accordingly. He went above and beyond in trying to find the right home for us with patience and a great sense of humor! Having lived in the house for about a year now, I don't think we could've found a better place to live in. Really thankful to Adeel for all his efforts and guidance!

My parents are Mike and Shanthi. Adeel has been an amazing realtor for us. He was patient, helped us understand the market and forecasted what we could expect when selling our home. We spoke with Adeel and he spent time answering our questions, providing information on how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on the market and other listings. Adeel made the process incredibly easy. When we saw our listing we were in awe! The listing looked amazing and Adeel made our home shine in the ad. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Our listing looked fantastic and very professional. The video of the ad was beautifully done. Our home sold in 2 days!! With 36 showings and 6 offers!! And it was above asking price! We were absolutely impressed and excited! Adeel has made this entire process smooth and easy. We are extremely happy with his services and expertise and would highly recommend him!

Adeel Waris truly goes above and beyond. He walked me through every step of the process - from putting me in the best position to secure my condo, to ensuring I had everything ready prior to the move, to sending a gift basket to help me settle in, to following up once I moved in (and even a month later) to ensure I was happy and offering to help in anyway. I couldn't recommend Adeel more highly.
