        Mr Ferguson always says what hes going to do. Ive bin using his services now for few years. Even thou he has bad knees he gets in and gets job done with his wide range of knowledge in the repair spectrum. Would i recommend him ? ABSOLUTELY!

        Very courteous, UNTIL you find out he does not actually write down details of what he says he will do. Then, he may send out an apprentice to do the work he quoted, after this, when it is not done to satisfaction....good luck getting him back to simply see what the problem might be. I think it used to be called CUSTOMER SERVICE. I payed about $70 an hour[that is what it worked out to].-NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND THIS DID NOT HAVE TO BE AN ISSUE IF HE HAD OF JUST STOPPED BY TO SEE CONCERNS. No- would not recommend. Off to the BBB.
