Bought a belt at this store and the buckle broke within 2-3 weeks I did not have my reciept but i did have my canadian tire points card which would have shown the record of the purchase The manager didn't honor this, and suggested i was lying about my situation Pretty epic experience!

Absolutely horrible customer service from Tammy. She gave me false information on looking up a receipt for a return. She said she needed the exact date, which is false. She would not honour the 100 day return policy on a defective, extremely faded, pair of Levis jeans. The attitude on both women at the cashiers desk was awful. It was clear that she is miserable working at Marks and isnt looking out for the customers best interest. I called the in-store customer service line. They said that she would have been able to look up my receipt without the exact date and that she should have taken the jeans back. It seems like Tammy was trying to make up her own rules.

Due to being strongly harassed by one of your older employees with long blonde hair, I decided that it was best to leave the $169 boots I was about to buy. Word of advice, don't offer a seat to a customer then 2 min after, ask them to move off of that seat because customers (which there was none that needed the seat at the time) apparently need to try on shoes. You offered me a seat because I was sitting on your ground due to my knees, then demand I move when no customer even needed it. Then when I ask u where I should sit you give me attitude. You did an amazing job at losing a sale. Keep up the bad work. Oh, and if a customer comes into your store to shop, leave them alone and don't harass them. I won't be coming back again and will share my experience with others.
