Unprofessional, They charged $160 for a consulting fee without viewing x-rays or exploring options on how the client might feel would be best, let alone telling you why they feel it was the best option. 5 minutes of telling you what you already know and not telling you what your options are for $160 A couple of days later on the day of the surgery, our questions were answered by a Dr that almost seemed annoyed that we were even asking about other options or why the option he chose was best *it wasn't the best option, half way through the tooth removal he makes a comment on how he should have went with the option we originally wanted* All in all the bedside manner was poor, and it seemed like you were just another job they needed to get out of the way. $160 consulting fee, $700 for tooth removal

I had my second visit yesterday, and while nobody *likes* going to the dentist, Michelle, Tammy, Lois, and Dr. Sami were terrific! Helpful, friendly, calm, and gentle, they all made a painful extraction easier to take. And I got a follow-up call today to ask how I was feeling...that was amazing and made me feel like a valued patient.
