My family have been a customer of Dr.Stone for many years now and if this practice or anyone in this practice was unprofessional, we would know by now. We have always felt we have had expert service; any time our glasses have needed adjustment, they do it on the spot. Any concerns we've had over the years, Dr.Stone has been very knowledgeable addressing them. I would say in checking online reviews, be wary of comments made by people who don't use their own name because the negative reviews do not align with our experience with this facility.

I would like to give the shop 0 stars. The rude receptionist needs to go to manner school and learn how to treat ppl. Shes rude, ignorant and should be fired. At no time have I been anything but nice with her. Yet shes still rude. Dont go here if you want good service and cheap product for marked up prices. Unless you want to be judged, called names and treated with disrespect.

The Doctor was fine when I have visited him, but one member of his staff is rude, and has given me attitude for the last time. She seems to think they are doing you a favour..

My kids have gone to Dr. Stone for years every year they get new glasses the one receptionist has always been ignorant but I just brush it off because Dr.stone was pretty good but this past experience with the this lady has made me not want to go back which is unfortunate because their new optometrist was even better then Stone.
