I am not a great patient when it comes to having blood drawn I am so nervous and anxious. I let the staff know that I am not good with this and they were very patient and kind. They got it on the first try. I will definitely go back here if I need to have blood drawn again.

I'm not a big fan of blood work whatsoever. Danielle was kind, efficient, and made the process seamless. Im glad I went to this location.

Took my granddaughter in to have blood tests. She is 8 and afraid of needles. They know that because she was there once before. The staff were rude and discussed her last visit and how she reacted in front of her and her father. Then two other staff in front of her discussed who was going to do it and one staff member said she didnt trust herself. Then they tried one arm but couldnt get a vein and then tried the other arm without putting on elastic tie on arm and still couldnt get it . They were incompetent and rude. Its not necessarily because they couldnt find a vein but how they acted especially in front of a child. We will never go back there.

First time I tried this lab and will be going back. The young lady was friendly, efficient and very good at drawing blood. Had a 7.30 appointment and was done and on my way at 7.37!
