WAS THERE ON FRIDAY JULY 2ND/21. STORE WAS KEPT EXTREMELY CLEAN. EMPLOYEE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PRODUCTS AND ANY QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE .

I've been once, the guy working the counter was great. He greeted me when I came in and asked if he could help me with anything, I told him I wanted to look around for a bit and he still was courteous. I browsed around for quite awhile and picked out a few items. They were priced well but I was concerned when he insisted on testing one but said I shouldn't worry. I should have listened to my gut because the toy lasted half of a session with my wife and never worked again. I threw out my receipt so nothing I could really do but I know better next time. Hopefully it doesn't happen very often and they choose their supplies as well as their employees.

Just had the most appalling experience at the Southdale Rd location! The woman at the counter told me I wasn't allowed to enter with a small bag. I told her that I am diabetic and that it contained my medical supplies. She said the bag wasn't small enough and that she knew people with diabetes so she knew exactly how long I could go without with my medication/sugar. She said I couldn't shop there because I wouldn't leave my supplies in the car and, "Its not like I'd be shopping for 6 hours". Her name tag didn't say so but apparently she's also my treating endocrinologist and knows exactly how sensitive my blood sugars are... Really too bad I can't go back there again because all of the other stores in this city are super creepy
