I paid $146 to NZ System technician to inspect my fridge and find the issue. I have been told that there is a leak in system and quoted $1500+ to change entire compressor and cooling system. I did not believe it and ask somewhere else to inspect the fridge. It turned out there was a valve issue that redirects freon. Costed me $350 to fix it and my fridge is working perfectly.

The technician was very condescending he came in with an altitude. He walked in the house with his icy boots . Didn't say hello or any intro he just asked were is the dishwasher l showed it to him. He work quietly for 10 minutes and said he fixed what he could see. One week later the problem emerged again called samsung this time they did not show up. They lied that that nothing was wrong with the disqhwasher. Am stuck with a.non functioning ipiece of equipment. Teppermans will not take it back after one month of purchase. This company is a joke. I have had the pleasure of using NZ systems twice for my LG Out of Warranty Repairs. On both occasions, I had the pleasure of working with the highly knowledgeable and dedicated team members, Brandi and Sam. However, during my experience with the second repair, I encountered an issue with an employee whose name began with the letter K. Despite coming out to fix my electric oven, he was unable to diagnose the problem, claiming it was an electrical issue and that there was nothing he could do. To my dismay, he even refused to investigate further by pulling out the in-wall oven to check the controller board. Thankfully, I reached out to Brandi, who promptly dispatched Sam to address the issue. In no time at all, Sam had identified the root cause of the problem - a burnt wire - and fixed it in just twelve minutes. In light of my experience, I would highly recommend requesting Sam for any repair needs. His dedication to resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently is truly unparalleled.
