Do NOT retain their services IF YOUR ARE AN EXISTING CLIENT OR PAST CLIENT READING THIS AND SUSPECT OVERBILLING 16k billed for just 2K worth of work. Zero transparency on all your invoices till they flush out retainer- and then will hold you hostage to another big retainer amount with the threat of couple days to respond to your case proceedings. Change of lawyer made him hostile and no documentation was passed on and other firms lawyer took the entire proceeding from start to discovery process. Eg 12 pages of organized documents were billed to filed in as case file in their systems billed 4 hours to open file Stay away or get one of their younger more sincere lawyers

This was our 2nd time using Shauna's services and we are extremely grateful for the outcome. Her staff is very responsive and excellent to deal with. If we were to have a concern it would be that we would have liked a higher level of communication through the process so that we felt more aware and included in the details and what progress was being made. We would recommend Shauna's services to anyone who may need help with personal injury cases
