LKQ Canada Auto Parts - London

Ive ordered A "grade A quality" chrome bumper twice now. The first one was rusted so bad i could put my fingers through it. The second one was scratched and for some reason painted. They showed me a picture of the bumper i wanted but sent a completely different bumper. I would not recommend LKQ to any of my friends looking for parts

Might as well pick up the phone and call them while youre at the front desk if you want there attention. Apparently they spend all the time on the phone and not attending to the clients at hand right in front of them. I was waiting to pick up a sunvisor for 15 minutes, and when I rang the little bell they asked me to wait as they picked up another call. Definitely something is wrong here. Will not recommend After reading your reply I realize that this problem is internal, there is no reason for you to have the same problem six months ago even one year ago and today. Just tell us that youre fine with the lack of service to customers and move on. There is no reason to pretend like you care when the problem is right in front of your face and you were doing nothing about it.
