Recently order part from Toyota Parts Direct. Fast and quickly response from customer support associate.

I placed an order on April 21th. April 23rd I received a message that the part I ordered for my car was incorrect. I called the chat, I tried to call...never any one answering the telephone. Chat was useless, after telling them the details, they tell me the parts department will contact me. I sent emails with photos of what part I wanted for the exact car I have. No response. No reply. TPD used to be excellent. Their website is great, but I suspect they are now under staffed and using an off shore chat service or automated chat. It's the 26th. Still no response, still waiting. April 27th...finally a response. Sounds like one person trying to do the entire company business. Upped my rating. The person seems to have been checking to ensure it was the right part.

I did order on April 5/2023.. got confirmed order . Until now , April 16/2023 I tried called them , leave msg and send many emails Talk by chat None of it have an answer for me over 10 days without update where is my order ! Terrible response Phone # never never have live answer and never call back ! Think about it before you order from them ! Th . Nguyen
