My familys went out for some appetizers and they had their ribs on special so we order ribs dinner and three appetizers for first time we go their very often to eat but today was very bad service and gave use frozen ribs so we got the waitress till her that ribs very cold and she ask if we want another one we said that okay she said we will take it off my bill and we had get waitress attention we get more drink and keep look for but finally we had get another waitress get her get another drink for !!! Finally, we asked the waitress to get us at the bill she charge us for ribs that we didnt eat and she O I have talk my manager about and she came back said I can only give you a 25% off 4.87 off the bill that manager will do !!!
