There are many independent businesses that are run out of this shop and it was a little confusing... Did a good job on my hair but next time I will choose somewhere where the prices and business model are a little clearer so I know what to expect.

I. Bought my wife a groupon for a full highlight and cut. I understand that there was a warning of extra cost for longer hair. However to be charged $37 on top of a $60 package seems a bit much. Even worse though was how it was presented. A short tense " it will cost more for your long hair" as an introduction. Very awkward. Could be handled with more tact. I checked pricing as a regular customer and after the extra charge the groupon saved us $13. Also couldn't book with salon had to be directly through the stylist who again was less than accommodating. Disappointed in experience.
