        Scrubbed my hair to within an inch of it's life after sitting with bleach in my hair, under heat for half an hour. She kept making comments about how hard it was to get the bleach out and shampooed my hair several times. It was a mess to untangle after the wash (said mildly) and a month after getting my highlights here, I've lost 1/2 the volume of about 8" of length of hair from breakage. This has never happened before when I've gotten my hair done elsewhere.
