I bought a Liv (womens line of Giant) gravel bike from To Wheels and had a really great experience. There were some issues with the payment process and To Wheels got everything sorted and I was able to pick it up, it was the only gravel bike in my size available anywhere in Ontario before the summer. I arrived about 45 minutes before closing and Andrew saw to it that everything was totally sorted for me including a great fitting and answering any questions I had. I really felt that he was excited for me and wanted to make sure I loved everything about the bike. Im so happy about it and also glad I purchased through to wheels and will be travelling back for maintenance in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting ToWheels to purchase a new bike and my experience there was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive to my needs. They provided useful tips and advice on how to select the perfect bike for me, without pushing me to buy anything I wasn't interested in. ToWheels offered me a great deal on the bike I wanted and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Even with my larger body type, the staff were incredibly positive and supportive, making me feel comfortable and confident in my selection.
