Krown London Hyde Park

I used to take all 5 of my vehicles here for oil spray. After Todays experience krown lost my business. The gentleman working the counter ignored my CAA coupon and scanned something else. I did not get the discount I was supposed to get. My car was supposed to be washed and tire shined. Neither of which was done. Theres mud all over my car from their parking lot still. Terrible and absolutely rude attendant. The store was supposed to be open at 8 am and I was there 1 minute before my 9 am appointment and the store was all locked up and nobody answered the phone. 2 minutes later a young dude showed up to open the store and disrespectfully showed off his phone to me that it is just 9o clock as if to tell me not to complain about the store being closed!!! He didnt even care about me leaving for his rude demeanor. Later on, I received a wonderful service from Krown on Quebec st. Who are 30years in this business. The owner Mike himself undercoated my car and I will surely go back next year to the same location!
