Honest!, recently bought a truck, that was advertised with no remote starter, booked with Car Phonix for a remote start install. Get a phone call, and they tell me that I have a remote start already installed it just needed to by activated and cleaned up, and that its was an actual prett good model, so instead of costing me hundreds, it cost me about an hour labour. Any other company could have charged me a new remote starter that I was initially going in for.

Second time I have interacted with these people and two times I got really disappointed. Theyre not helpful at all, when asked a simple question about my audio not working they simply told me that they dont have a time to check it ( not even look at it) and I should go somewhere else ( that was the message I received). Will not recommend this business to anybody and I really feel that they should have another business competing against them so maybe they would change the attitude toward customers.

Id say Im very disappointed in the install that I got from here. The first time I came here, I got my sub installed in my car and they did a pretty good job at a fair price. The second time I came in with my new vehicle I got them to install the same setup and they completely messed that up. Im not sure who did the install but they tapped into the wrong wires, keeping my amp on when the car was off which completely killed my battery so I went out to get another battery which cost me close to 600 dollars and two days later that battery was completely dead as well. Not only did my battery die, they cut the wire going to my factory sub for some reason. I had to get a certified mechanic to find totally rewire it because it was corrupting the signal of my key fobs so I couldnt start my car at all and on top of that, the car threw 7 codes. Im very disappointed and Im not usually one to complain but when youre spending hundreds of dollars to get something wired improperly just upsets me. I dont really recommend anymore but if you do decide to take your vehicle there just be cautious and check over their work.

My son took his vehicle here to get a sub installed and they totally messed things up on his car. We had to take it to a mechanic to get the car fixed after they cut wires that they should have not touched. He wanted a sub woofer installed on top of the factory sub and not to disconnect the factory sub. Instead they cut wires that interrupted the signals within the vehicle and killed a $500 battery. They refused to take responsibility for what they did. Please do yourself a favour, and do not get your car stereo installed here. These crooks lack knowledge on internal wiring of vehicles and do not stand by their warranty. They say they have been in business for 15 years....now I know why, because all they do is screw their customers.

Had my system installed 3 times, still not working properly. Every time I go there it costs me more and more. Owner doesn't seem to care, blames manufacturers. Very poor customer service and etiquette. Inside of the car, dirty handprints were everywhere, when I pointed it out to the owner, he didn't think it was "that bad". Asked him about installing a remote starter, he insinuated I could not afford it. Product still doesn't work properly, but I'll get it replaced at a reputable car audio shop. An unpleasant experience, although the technicians were helpful.
