        I found Elgin cleaning off a Kijiji add because my apartment carpets needed to be cleaned before I moved out. I called him on a Friday afternoon and he was able to get there early Saturday morning to do the work. I found his prices to be extremely competitive, some of the lowest around. Service was very good, quick, clean and had nothing to worry about.
