I recently had an incredible experience at The Mobile Shop and I couldn't wait to share it with everyone! From start to finish, the customer service I received was absolutely exceptional. In particular, Agent Bilal went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mobile plan and phone with Fido. Not only was Bilal knowledgeable and professional, but he was also incredibly patient with me as I asked countless questions and weighed my options. He really took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase before I left the store. Overall, my experience at The Mobile Shop was top-notch, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a new mobile plan or phone. In fact, I'm already planning on sending all my friends and family to this shop in the future! Thanks again to Agent Bilal at The Mobile Shop for such a wonderful experience.

The employee (Khushboo) her attitude towards the job is really bad. No greeting at all and gave me false information that they dont carry lucky mobile.

It is hard to say enough about the care, consideration, efficiency and courtesy that was provided by the staff (Binal and Pablo - apologies if I have misspelt those names) at RCSS Mobile Shop on Oxford Street when I looked to them for some assistance. I have been bewildered by the technology that is used these days as I did not grow up with it and consequently have kept making mistakes, due to lack of understanding, that have incurred large and unnecessary expenses. These two young gentlemen spent a lot of time with me making sure that they were helping me out of the difficulty and assuring me that I should no longer be making mistakes that cost me a lot of money. (btw I had several times written to Rogers asking for the same advice and receive no reply) While they were attending to me, other clients came into the shop and were treated with the same courtesy and patience and I enjoyed seeing that this is their usual way of interacting with clients. By the time I left I had all I needed to be able to be confident that things were now changed, as well as the invitation to come in again if there was anything I would like assistance with. My guess is that I am not the only one who has commented on the amazing, intelligent and kind service and I wish to commend these two for your attention. Thank you .....Maureen Waller
