One of the worst decisions I made for my business during Covid was signing up at this Koodo. I told the salesman my bill had to be under $100/month and I need to upload live to Tiktok and Snapchat. He pushed and coerced until I accepted a new contract at $103. Magically my first bill became $125 per month, and sure enough, 3 months later, I'm without service because the bills exceed my financial capability. My phone has been cut twice now, resulting in additional charges ($50 each). To top it off, you get NO SERVICE in the entire east side of London. Why can't I upload to Tiktok or Snapchat? Or access my bank account?? Oh yeah, because I literally do not have internet servic in the area I bought the phone from - it's a Dead Zone.
