First and foremost - This is Jack astor's, not a new restaurant. Ordered a nashville hot sandwich but there is nothing spicy about it - just looks like the original sandwich. Forgot the spicy sauce?

Love the fries! Can tell they're fresh and not frozen for sure!

It is a local restaurant (which i have nothing against and enjoy their food) using an out of town banner on false advertised products. Tried 2 different purchases from 2 different delivery app, same experience. 1) Nashville Hot - on their photos and everywhere, this is a sauced and tossed Nashville, what was received both in the sandwhich and chicken strips was just dry chicken with a bit of red powder on it. 2) Their sauced and tossed chicken strips are not sauced and tossed, they are dry and provide you with a dip cup of some flavor dip. 3) both the nathville hot and the "Deluxe" combos which claim so vigerously contain cut pickles, both of which were missing. If you advertise it, it better be on my plate! i bet i'm not the only one questioning this establishment. I'm guessing this place won't be around long. there's similar attempts at other "local chain restaurants" selling out of town chicken banners. buyer beware
