Horrible service. I was a bit late getting there I arrived about 15 minutes after the suggested pick-up time as I order using the mobile app (corporate made a Horrible app) as I arrived I was told 3 more minutes. By the time I walked out it was an hour after the pickup-up time they have me. Second, when I walked my rear home I found out my $3.99 large gravy was missing. The third one of the meals which was a 4-piece box had half the meat missing. I also noticed they screwed up another person's order while I was waiting and not a single employee except 1 lady who I assumed was the manager was moving faster than a shuffle. If this was a McDonald's all the staff would get a write-up. Your food is not cheap so I eat here sparingly, but not when you don't put any effort into doing your job I have a problem with that! Tried to get a refund on the app and the contact us portion is broken so I'm mad at corporate too. All in all, they really dropped the ball hard. Edit: 09/05/23 Quality has increased and it is not always that bad but I won't change my review above 3 stars. Since it could happen at any time to anyone
