        If there was less than one star, I would have given you disrespectful to customers. Very bad service. The food is cold. This indicates a lack of respect for customers. Bad, bad, bad.

        Had a craving for KFC so I thought I would hit the mall (White Oaks). Ordered a 3pc meal. Waited more than 5 mins, but ok. Sat down, took one bite and ALL 3 PCS were cold. Less than room temperature. I went back with the food, explained why... Lady behind the counter went back to where the chicken was served from, pushed some buttons on the machine (oven ?). She asked if I would like anything else. I said I would like hot chicken, if that is not possible then I would like my money back, which she promptly doled out of the till. How long had it been sitting to cool that much ? And beside what ? Ugh... aforementioned craving long gone and won't be back.
