Dr. Laura Gravelle is so professional, knowledgeable and incredibly sweet. I really appreciate how she always explains whats she about to do prior to doing so. Her YouTube videos of stretches are extremely informative. Ive been struggling with neck pain. Since going to her, my pain has improved immensely. You are in great hands with Dr. Gravelle!

I was disappointed in this practice. The approach was very sales orientated and there was a big push to commit to a package of treatments which far exceeded the average benefits allowance. The assessment was comprehensive but the findings were used to scare you into spending lots of money. Being in healthcare I just wasn't buying it. With that said Laura is a competent chiropractor, but there are other competent chiropractor's without all the sales pressure.

I've been a patient of Dr. Laura for a little over a month now and I already notice a difference. My sense of smell and breathing has improved, and the muscles in my head and neck have woken up.

Dr. Gravelle is very good at her profession, pleasant, positive, caring and answers questions in a helpful way.She has made changes willingly to update her office to meet COVID standards. She also, prior to COVID, hosts educational nights which could be helpful to those who participate. Her receptionist is also kind and friendly. Our only complaint is the way she handles billing. We prefer a more simple way where the bill for the visit is submitted to your benefit plan on your behalf as you go. Otherwise it gets confusing as to what is paid for because you are actually billed in advance. This could be a problem if a client should pass away as it could be complicated for your estate. That is our only complaint and we look forward to going to this peaceful efficient office.
