        Dazed and confused. I made an appointment for 1230pm after winning it as a prize where we raised money for an animal rescue. When I arrived at the appointment Laura said that my appointment was at 9am. She had someone on her table and had to run. First of all I would never make a massage appointment for 9am as I work at that time. And if I missed my 9am why did no one call me? I stood there dazed and confused. I had just been through a very stressful last month and just had a colonoscopy the day before. I was looking forward to a massage. To make matters worse they have still not called to rectify this. I left a voice mail and nothing. Dissatisfied, disappointed, I cant express how unprofessional this experience has been. Maybe its because I won the massage?

        I've had scoliosis my entire life and Dr. Stover helped me better then any other doctor has. Great bedside manner, organized, timely and welcoming.
