Dr. Ken Johnstone - Family Chiropractor

Dr. Johnstone's office is a welcoming place. He is always professional and helps me with my pain. I don't know what I would do without him. Rachel is a very nice secretary and always has a smile.

Receptionist is never friendly, not understanding of being a couple minutes late for your appointment and rude. I am a first responder and I was waiting for this appointment for 3 weeks, due to a closure on Fanshawe park road Dr. Johnstone would not accommodate a couple minutes of being late and even wirh a courtesy call. It was not my first time experiencing rude customer service. Totally unprofessional and will never return here!!!

I went to Dr. Johnstone with a vestibular disorder called "cervicogenic dizziness". Basically, if my neck is out of place, the nerves that speak to my balance system go out of whack and I become very foggy and unsteady. I discovered him because I was searching specifically for the upper cervical adjustment as I don't agree with twisting and cracking and such. He is the ONLY person I could find that practices this exact type of adjustment around here. I'm so thankful to have found him! After my first adjustment, I enjoyed the relief of sharp senses and balance. I return about every 3-6 weeks now when I notice that my atlas is going out again and feel the "fog" settling in from misalignment. I'm amazed every time how just one little adjustment to my atlas affects my entire body. Dr. Johnstone is so patient and engaged and has a great manner about him. The visits are enjoyable and healing. I'm sure I've only scratched the surface of what he has to offer. If you've never been to a chiropractor, or are nervous because of the typical things you hear about chiropractic adjustments, go to Dr. Johnstone. He will take very good care of you in the safest way.
