I went into Semco on Friday December 30th to buy a Karcher NT 30 vacuum, everyone was very nice and vacuum was over 10% cheaper than expected. Staff up in office all made a point of coming out to say hello . My next question was do they have bags for it which they did (have a Festool for which I constantly have to order in bags). Upon hearing what Im purchasing a girl (sales rep I think, sorry, bad with names) came out of office to warn me that while Im using it for wet pickup not to use the auto clean feature. All in all a great and confidence inspiring experience. Will go back to buy tool adapter and a long hose. Great company.

I had an amazing experience at this store. The staff helped me pick out the perfect vacuum for my pet hair riddled apartment. They were quick and clear with the communication and got me a great deal, not to mention the 2-day shipping straight to my home! I highly recommend, I had a fantastic customer experience and the vacuum I bought has preformed amazing and is much cheaper than a dyson!

My wife and I met Rachel from Semco last year when we were shopping for a solution for mops for our dog boarding business. Our kennel building is extremely clean and previously we relied on mops and buckets for the daily floor cleaning. When it is humid or cold the process would take 3 times to 4 times longer with drying. We wore out more mops then we care to remember! Rachel drove an hour to Birchview Dog Boarding after we called for help. She showed up on time for her sales demonstration of two industrial wet dry vacuums and answered all our questions doing a tremendous job of explaining how the Kaivac system works. Rachel is simply a wonderful sales person who listens and has tremendous product knowledge. She followed through on everything and we couldn't be happier with our new machine. It has saved us so much time and labour. Thanks Rachel and Semco for everything! Keep up the good work! Laura and Jody
