        Been going to this location for 10 years due to proximity. It is, without a doubt, always the worst experience. Regardless of time of day, they are always out of 80% of their baked goods, only have 1 or 2 bagels available, and the people who work there have garbage customer service skills. They're always miserable.

        Spent $8 to order the medium chili I always get. When I get served my meal I noticed that my container was half full and when I ask why that is I got rudely dismissed by management, who wasnt listening to my response but rather shutting down my request. Why is it so unreasonable to ask for help when served an incomplete order.

        I remember when coffee would be made in standard coffee pots with the time brewed on it to ensure you received a fresh coffee anytime. Now its brewed in these giant dispensers. Not properly cleaned and maintained, as evident by the taste. Just had the grossest Tim Hortons coffee ever. Didnt even want to go back for a replacement as it would come from the same ill maintained dispenser. I think I just had my last coffee from this location.
