My computer needed some diagnostic attention and I wanted to upgrade to a new monitor so I experienced every facet of the store. One word I would use to sum up the service-Profesional. Everyone was super friendly and helped me solve my issue/upgrade into a great new set up.

If you're looking for a place to shop for electronics and computer parts, I would strongly advise you to avoid Canada Computers. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. I had the misfortune of buying two expensive monitors from this store, and while one of failed under warrenty, the warranty was supposed to cover it. But then things took a turn for the worse. Canada Computers refused to give me the same monitor brand, even when I offered to pay for a higher-end monitor that looked the same. They simply refused. After I insisted that they send it back to the manufacturer, they returned it to me saying that it was unrepairable and offered me store credit. Then, the same problem happened with my other monitor, but this time they refused to do the warranty because the issue wasn't happening at their facility. I explained that the problem was intermittent and asked how they tested the monitor. Their so-called "scientific" test was just leaving the monitor running for a few hours. When I asked them to send it back to the manufacturer for proper testing, they refused, saying they wouldn't cover the $85 shipping fee that my warranty explicitly covers. This entire ordeal has lasted for three months now, and I still don't have my two high-quality monitors. I'm an engineering student on a budget, and I need monitors for school and my job. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I have never had such a terrible warranty experience in my life. If you're looking for a reliable place to buy electronics, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This warranty is a total scam, and Canada Computers is clearly not interested in providing quality customer service. Stay away from this store at all costs.
