Worst experience Ive ever had in 35 years in the construction business. I was told the truck would be there at 8 AM and made them aware that I would be using a wheelbarrow I need approximately two hours they said that was fine. When they arrive two hours late first things out of their mouth was I need $1100 in cash. I was not informed I had to pay cash so I was able to E transfer, while waiting for the E transfer to go through the driver decided he didnt want to wait for me to wheel barrel 3 m of concrete after I had arranged all this six days before. Needless to say the vibrator and both of my rented or at a cost to me and the time I spent taking the fence panel off and the gate off for access and the rest of the days work that I didnt have thanks to them ended up costing me over $600. I informed them that I was going to post a bad comment and they said all well and hung up. Great customer service guys. Welcome to London
