Rick and Pedro with GEM Concrete were amazing to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly patient when explaining the entire process and answering all of our many questions. We had a huge project, including a 26x35 driveway, sidewalks, hot tub pad, pool coping, and a 32x16 back patio. Great and unique design elements, punctual, respectful and courteous. Overall a FANTASTIC experience. Would absolutely recommend GEM for your next concrete project. Horrible level of customs service. Missed countless appointments. When asked for an updated ETA was told I'm wasting (acutally said that word) their time because I interrupted them currently pouring concrete... (1. It was during my appointment when they were supposed to be at my home and 2. How would I know thier pouring concrete at that moment?). Will never use them and would recommend no one else. If this is how they treat their clients during the process, how do you expect them to treat their clients if there's and issue afterwards ? GEM concrete is simply amazing! I never write reviews but I had to give Rick and Pedro credit for their amazing work! I had a huge project to do in my backyard that included a large stamped concrete patio, concrete pad for a cabana and 4ft concrete around my pool. Rick and Pedro did such an amazing job on the concrete. The stamping was simply beautiful and well done, the lines were cut straight and my patio stairs were well done too, no cracks! Rick and Pedro were so professional throughout the entire process. They always kept me up to date on what they were doing and were always on time. Their work is what I call quality. If I ever need concrete work done in the future, I will definitely call GEM. I highly recommend them! Service: Stamped concrete services

GEM Concrete and Construction laid a beautiful stamped concrete patio in my backyard this July and I am incredibly happy with the final product. Rick and Pedro's work speaks for itself. Not only is the patio beautiful and exactly what I wanted, but they were extremely easy to deal with a put my mind at ease with any questions I had along the way. The concrete supplier, JNF Ready Mix came through to provide a quality product, making this all possible.
