The owner was extremely ignorant. Never in my life would I ever step foot in this store again. To quote the man do you understand . I do, I understand youre extremely rude, and apparently lazy.

If I could give zero stars I would. The RUDEST owner you could possibly imagine. Started yelling for no reason while I was looking for candy and not only was she yelling at me but also at others and she kicked other people out of the store for no reason, they did nothing wrong.

My worst experience ever in a grocery store. This asian woman just asked me to get out of the store. When i asked for the reason she started shouting in some other language. I literally did nothing but was looking for a juice there.

Ive had four incidents here. The first incident was they upped the price on purpose for me idk why, the drinks I picked up were nesteas and I picked up two. They costed 2.50 each. All of a sudden, the total came up to 10 something make that make sense. The second incident was me and my bf went there and they kept following us in the store constantly. Third incident was that I bought two tubs of the pringles and I decided to put the second one to the side and didnt want to buy the second one anymore and just buy the one, the Asian guy at cash said no we cant void the second item you have to buy whatever you put on the table RIDICULOUS! I told him dont play with me and Ive worked for retail for over 4 years, you can void an item a customer doesnt want. I just paid for the one and left. The fourth incident was the owner of the store kept following me AGAIN and when I was browsing for the differe flavours of the Arizona drinks since theres many, I wasnt even there for five minutes and he came literally behind me to the point I can feel his body on me and his breath and started yelling saying Im taking too long to pick a drink. First off, who rushes customers? The whole point of shopping is to browse especially if you dont know the items there. They shouldnt have this business and I think this place should be reported and shut down ASAP! Ive heard one too many complaints about this place and didnt believe it until I had MULTIPLE incidents myself. Idk who to call about this but they need to get shut down or have new owners who have business ethic. They push away their customers and harass them. Theyre lucky I didnt have time to even call the police on them for that. One day theyll mess with the wrong one and find out. UPDATE: I complained and filed a Ontario consumers complaint and they will be reviewing this store asap. Thank god for research!
