Excellence and quality of workmanship in their homes. We had our custom home built by Karim Design Build and it was the most amazing and stress free experience! Nader helped us design our dream home. The first time we met Nader, we were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and passion to build quality homes. He kept us up to date every step of the way on the progress of our house. We were involved in decisions from design to interior selections. Never did Nader or Sam make us feel that we were bothering them with our concerns and questions. Nader always returned our calls very quickly. He took the time to explain every detail and process. Nader and Sam are both kind, caring and trustworthy individuals. They will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and 100% satisfied with every decision you make throughout the process. We never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Excellent top notch customer service. The job site was very clean and safe for our visits. KDB has a stellar reputation as a builder. Naders ideas and recommendations were so amazing and he always had the best ideas. The after-care is wonderful, any issues are taken care of right away. We cant say enough about the amazing experience we had with building our house. We can see and feel the care that this house was built with. If we decided to build again, it must be with Nader and Sam!

Being a first time home buyer, never heard of Karim Design and Build. The first time I meant Nader, I was very impressed with his professionalism and passion. He showed me around one of his model homes and the finishing very impressive, because of that I booked with KDB. Every step of the way I was kept up to date on the progress of the house, contacted on paint colours to brick to bathroom tiles. Nader was there every step of the way, any concerns Nader would respond as soon as he could. What a first house to buy, custom build to the highest standards. Next house will have to be a KDB house. Thank you.
