        You can get more for the buck in Mexico but... then you have to go to Mexico and then go back to Mexico when it falls out. So.... if you're in London and can afford a dentist - you'll find no better than Dr. Goldfarb. She's a perfectionist and she's good at being one. She and her staff are also good communicators, well organized, helpful and as important to me: good company. Good shoes too.
