This is horrible. Dr. might be okay but his staff are horrible. No reminder for when the dentist appointment was scheduled for but rushed to charge for a missed appointment which we were not aware of. We were referred to this dentistry from an orthodontist who had her business in the same complex and it was just for convenience. Wed never go back to this dentist again unless they improve the quality of service.

Doctor is very patient and will listen to what you are saying and he explained my problems in a simple way also he allowed me to share my concerns.The staff over there were excellent.Overall nice experience.

Dr. Awde usually does a great job but, I was told at the end of my cleaning that Dr. Awde wasn't available so he didn't have time to see me unless I waited over an hour when I already waited 30 minutes to get into my appointment. When I received my bill it was higher than it ever has been. I asked why it was so expensive and was told that it was the same price whether you get to see the Dr. or not even though they know I don't have benefits and have to go 4 times yearly. The receptionist then called me after I left and left an extremely rude voicemail. This is the last time I'll trust or spend any money here. I run a business and would never charge a customer for something they didn't receive. Terrible way to run a business.
