Dr. Lora Yang

Best Dentist in the city. I'm normally someone who dislikes the dentist and has had bad experiences in the past. Her dentist office listened to me and my concerns. Overall a great experience. Not to mention my kids go here too! And if you going for a cleaning Mariana is the best in the business!

Dr. Yang was amazing throughout my entire appointment. Her staff are wonderful and she was very accommodating of my anxiety around dental visits. She was very clear in her communications without being patronizing or making me feel any shame around the state of me teeth. I will be going back to her as my regular dentist and would recommend her to anyone who's nervous about dental work.

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentists but Dr. Yang handled that anxiety with ease. She is so calm and explains every step she's taking as she works so you know what's coming. She also has a lovely sense of humour. The whole staff provides such a welcoming atmosphere! Can't recommend them enough.

Went in for a sore molar. They fixed that molar and decided without my knowledge or consent to replace the filling on the molar beside it. The tooth that had nothing wrong with it was damaged during the process. I then needed a root canal. Dr. Lora Yang's office will not put on the necessary cap to stop the constant pain from the root canal. My dental plan doesn't cover the cap. Dr. Yang's office should cover it as they did work on a tooth that was fine to begin with. They are totally responsible for the issues and constant pain I am in now. They refused to help me at all. They wouldn't even consider absorbing some of the cost of the cap. They should cover the whole cost as this is a result of work being done that was unnecessary. So disappointed in the behaviour of this clinic and the lack of responsibility on their part.
