The worst dental clinic. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone I tried them so you dont have to . they dont deserve even the one star

I would never recommend this clinic. They almost ruined the denture for my small boy. Put loose crowns that were moving in 13 months and did RCTs that werent required and the tooth they treated fell down in eight months. If there was option of no star, I would have done that.Never go there.

I do not recommend this office , I had a very bad experience with them they have done unnecessary job to get an extra money i believed them but i wish i did not . they should consider the patient health and wellbeing more than the money .

Where do I begin? I am flabbergasted this practice doesn't have a 5 star rating. The office staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, attentive. They didn't care that I called them, probably to many times, in the days leading up to my appointment because I was nervous. They were super reassuring and made me feel a lot better. The nurses were sweet, polite and basically everything you imagine a textbook perfect nurse being. Dr. Eickmeier himself is in a league of his own. AMAZING bedside manner, kind, funny, and willing to make small talk to put me at ease. His work was immaculate. For removing wisdom teeth and getting a root canal at the same time I can't believe how minimal my swelling is. Pain is being managed with medication which he was kind enough to prescribe. He called me at night personally to check up on how I was doing. This man has the hands of an angel. If you take the time to do the research on Dr. Eickmeier you can see that his resume speaks for itself. London, and Southwestern Ontario in general are beyond lucky to have a team like this available to the public. I didnt't even leave the office with any gauze! No bleeding! None! (They did provide it incase though) I can't ever see myself having any procedures done anywhere else. EVER. If I had to fly, I'd make the trip. To everyone at this establishment, thank you, so much. I am grateful for your existence.

Ask $500 for cancelation. Unbelievable. DO NOT GO THERE.
