Dr. Annette Richard

Dr. Annette is compassionate, loving, and has excellent customer service, she fights for her patients when they are mistreated by other medical entities. I had a very delicate health condition and she was supporting me with calls, messages, and she helped me that in less than a week I was diagnosed as soon as possible. Thank you Doctor Annette Because for you patients are not a number, they are a life. I owe my life to God and her.

I was diagnosed with cancer at 24 and I am now 32. Dr. Richard is not only a professional who understands the industry and the profession, but she understands ethical human conduct. She will treat every patient kindly and with the highest respect. Even as a survivor, if I go in with a regular cough or a fever, she will treat it as a priority. I URGE you , male or female, to see her. She is one of the reasons why I am now pursuing this field. The staff, the office, the atmosphere, all of it is 100% delightful. I am very pleased and I Wish her all the best.

I booked a 15-minute phone call 2 weeks in advance. When the day arrived, I received a number of emails reminding me that Dr Richard will call me. She didn't. After an hour of waiting, I called her and left a voice msg stating my concern about my health and asked her to call me. It has been 6 days since then and I have not received a call nor an email!! If I had known, I would have found another doctor and wouldn't have waited this long. Disappointing!
