Disgusted! Lies, games and no accountability what so ever. Was a patient for 30 years and I haven't had my much needed appointment for over a year because it kept "dissapearing in the system". Office staff suddenly said I was labeled as a "non patient" for months and that I was no longer welcome as their patient even though I spoke with them to rebook only 2 months prior. These are sad and unprofessional games. No explaination. . . no reason. . . now I have no family doctor and cannot find a replacement as London's offices are all closed to new patients. This is what 30 years of loyalty looks like? Unprofessional dress and uncaring manner of the doctor were also concerns of mine while I was her patient.
