        I am so impressed with the employees/manager at this location. I had two B&D products that I absolutely loved but they were having some issues. I was treated like an intelligent customer and given two replacements without question. I am already loyal to B&D and have purchased all other equipment here - I am never going anywhere else!!! Thanks, guys!!

        The staff was AMAZING! I bought a pair of batteries from Lowe's which did not take a charge and they would not give me a refund. My service rep discovered that they were from 2017 and were dead. Hurray Black & Decker for your customer service.
